Hi,

Hope someone can help me create a rule for Outlook

I am a member of and organization and i receive from our HR Dept
notifications of new Members to my group.

Is it possible to create a rule that will send a welcome template that
i have already created to these new members from the email address that
i get from my HR dept.

Sometimes its only one or two and its not a hassle to do it manually
but sometimes more and can be a bit time consuming. So if i could
automate things that would be great

Looking forward to any suggestions

Graeme

I'd be interested to know myself whether there's a way to do that. I have to
do the same thing myself in my job.
My workaround is to have a draft email sitting in my DRAFTS box which I then
open and FORWARD to our new prospects. This email contains an attachment
too. I copy and paste the email address my the email I receive into it. The
only extra work is to remember to delete the FW: in the subject line and
overtype the XX's representing the blank fields with their personal
information. Because there's an attachment I haven't been able to find a way
to do a MAIL MERGE.
