Something happened and now, periodically, outlook will ask for my user
password for each account. I have deleted the setups and resetup my email
accounts. I have restored to an earlier day. I have run diagnostics with no
problems shown. If I hit send/receive, it woreks fine and doesn't ask for
the pw. Now what do I do to get it to stop doing this? It is so agravating
that I can not leave outlook up and running because it constantly asks for pw
updates. ThaNK you.

It's hard to say what's going on without knowing some details about your
configuration.
Version of Outlook?
Version of Windows?
Type of mail account?
How many mail accounts do you have?
Are these all from the same ISP?
What is your automatic send/receive interval set to?

Solution to common password issues are covered here;
http://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/pas...remembered.htm

Make sure you do not have set your automatic send/receive interval to below
10 minutes. Also, if you have a virus scanner installed which integrates
itself with Outlook, uninstall this integration module and try again.

Why are you replying to a post with a completely different problem from the
original?
In future please start a NEW thread for a NEW problem.
AFAIK you cannot download Outlook on it's own.
If you bought Outlook separately, as your post suggests then look here:
