Please help
My connection automatically disconnects without prompting. This doesn't
occur after a specific interval, usually 20 to 60 seconds after I connected.
I tried disabling the "idle time before hanging up" option in the connection
properties (also tried setting it to a very long time) with no success. The
problem also occurs when I'm not running programs that might disconnect the
connection (outlook, explorer). I believe it is an idle time issue since I
tried pinging the server which caused the connection to connected. According
to the ISP tech the problem isn't with them.
