my windows xp pro constanly has auto-dial up dialog showing up. I checked in
the connections of IE tools-internet options, finding no never dial a
connection. anybody give me a suggestion.

What is the malware/virus status of the machine? If you think it is
clean, what programs (and versions) did you use to determine this?
