Hi all,

We are using frontpage 2003 in a multi user environment and when my collegue
changes something to a page that I am editing I don't get notified about
this.

I can't find the option to enable this cause it's a pain to redo made changes.
Is FP 2003 able to to detect this?

Thanks,
Tom Pester

Is this the only option cause it introduces a overhead for a problem that
occurs once in a while.

If there was a warning that the underlying file changed it would be sufficient.
I remember it being available in fp 98. Did MS remove it?

Cheers,
Tom Pester

That is the only solution for FP2000 and up.

When ever working in a multi-user site open the online site in FP before working on it and check View Reports Files - recently added
/ recently changed, then publish changes to local if required
- presumes you are all using unique user id's to log in
