Hi,

Let's say Im working on some document and word 2002 uses Autocorrect. Im
very happy that it has automatically done the correction.

But, the smart tag does not disappear from that word/para. How do I accept
the autocorrect and make the smart tag disappear.

In Excel 2002 pressing on Save does the trick, but in word am not able to
figure out.

Please guide me.

Press Enter to accept an AutoText Tooltip popup and press ESC to get rid of
the Smart Tag.

In Tools | AutoCorrect Options, clear the check box for "Show AutoCorrect
Options button."
