I logged on to our services email account, and created a folder under the
Inbox for keeping a historical copy of all incoming / outgoing messages for.

I created a rule for forwarding a copy of all INBOX messages to the
historical folder.

I logged off the services email account, logged onto my email account, added
the services email account to my folder list, created the same rule. It works
fine.

I logged on to our services email account, and created a rule forwarding a
copy of all SENT messages to the historical folder.

I logged off the services email account, logged onto my email account,
created the same rule. I sent a test message from via my email account FROM
Services....., and a copy of the sent message went into the Services account.
We do not want this happening as emails from personal accounts will be copied.

What am I doing wrong? HELP!
Thank you
