Auto-copy for backup?

I am looking for a small program to use as kind of a mini backup program.
It is only for a couple of files, but I want it to automatically copy them
to my CDRW each night and overwrite the old version there from the previous
night. I want a straight copy though, no zips or any kind of proprietary
format.

Thanks in advance... Bob
