Good Mornig...

When typing in a name in the TO, CC or BCC fields, Outlook brings up a list
of recently used entries that are start with the same spelling.

How do I clear that list? I have some bogus names from past emails that are
a nuisance. I hope they can be cleared. Even if it clears ALL entries for
the TO / CC / BCC fields and they will begin to be repopulated as I complete
them.

I don't want to turn of the auto complete function - I just want to clean it
up!

Thanks in advance!

Cheers!

My apologies - I should have looked first - I found the answer elsewhere.

Sorry for the poor etiquette

(for anyone else reading and wondering - simply arrow down the list to the
name you want to remove and hit the delete key!)

When you're typing in the address field and a bad entry comes up, just use
the arrow keys to move down to the entry and hit the delete key.

If you really want to get rid of everything and start anew, shut down
Outlook and use task manager to make sure it is not running on the task
list, and do a search for .nk2 files, making sure to search hidden files and
system folders. Once you find it/them, rename the one that should be, iirc,
named after your profile.
