I often create Outook 2003 email messages into which I type a very long URL.
I would like to automate this, so that I can just type, for instance, the
first two or three characters of the URL and have Outlook know to
auto-complete it.

How can I accomplish this? I will appreciate advice.

If you use Word as email editor, simply create an autocorrect or autotext entry
