I work in a mortgage company where the users must fill out several on-line
forms daily. One of my users can open a form, click on the blank field, and
select from a list of previous entries on that same form. Another user
cannot.

I'd checked Tools, Internet Options, Content, AutoComplete on both
computers. Both have "Web addresses" and "Forms" checked. The one that
cannot get the list also has "User names and passwords on forms" checked but
not "Prompt me to change passwords." Both have "Use inline AutoComplete"
selected on the Advanced tab.

I'm at a loss and would appreciate suggestions.

Well doh!!

I just learned that the user checked "inline AutoComplete" this morning -- I
didn't know that. She didn't realize she'd have to imput something on the
form at least once for it to have something to remember. Now that she's
filled the form out once, it works. Thanks for the response.
