Hi:

I'm using Outlook 2002. My auto complete doesn't work for some reason. What
happens is when type in an email address as long I dont exit my outlook it
will remember the email address that I previuosly type in, but once I close
my outlook it doesn't remember it anymore. Any suggestions? Thank You

You'll need to create a new mail profile and then reuse the existing NK2
file (the autocompletion cache). See this
http://www.ingressor.com/autocompletetips.htm, looking particularly at the
section labeled "Migrating your NK2 file to a new machine". It will apply
to your situation.
