I have auto complete set up properly, but it still does not work. I
transferred my restored files to new computer, and it worked fine on my old
computer. I am sure its something very simple but I can't find out the

Did you also transfer your autocompletion cache? If so, how?
I suspect you did not, so you won't see autocompletion until you populate a
new cache by sending messages.
