I have hundreds of emails in auto complete and today when I tried to use it they were all gone. This happened to me about 3 years ago and I never was able to find out why.

Can anyone help me please..

The autocomplete cache is in the nickname file (.nk2). Do you still have a
..nk2 file? If it is gone or corrupted, restore it from your backups.

If you want to remember someone, don't leave them in a cache file. Put them
in a contacts folder. Doesn't have to be the main Contacts folder. You can
create more contact-type folders to organize them however you want. Just
remember to right-click on the new contact-type folder and enable their
inclusion in the Outlook Address Book.

A webnews-for-dummies leech site using a forum-to-Usenet gateway.

Considering the webnews-for-boobs gateway to Usenet that the OP is using at
a leech site, I'm not sure such users even have the opportunity to specify
multiple newsgroups. They are using a forum UI, not a newsreader. Such
gateways are NOT designed to submit properly formatted Usenet posts. Forums
are disconnected from each other so specifying multiples of them (to
effectively cross-post in Usenet) is not an option.

Which of course is why we advise posters to grow up and learn how to use
newsgroups.
