Hello
I am trying to turn of auto-capitalization of words on new lines after
pressing return.
I found the option in proofing / auto-correct options and unticked the
relevant box.
I start a new email and it wirks, no more capitalization.
However the next time I open outlook it has forgotten and starts
capitalizing again!
How can I switch auto-capitalizing off permanently?

When Outlook doesn't remember settings across restarts, it's a sign that
Outlook isn't closing correctly. Try again, but this time use Task manager's
Processes tab to see if OUTLOOK.EXE is still there after you close Outlook.
