In Outlook 2003, when I go to tools>options>other, there is supposed to be
settings for AutoArchive, but they are missing.

Is there a place to turn these back on? Perhaps in the registry?

Most likely they have been disabled by your corporate admins as a policy.

This may be true, but i still need to change the settings. Is there a way I

Ask you admins. Policies are designed not to be overridden by users.
