Hi,
I've been reading all the posts I can find about Auto Archiving not working
as advertised and could not find anything that speaks to my particular
problem.
So, here's the run down:
Modified date: Well older than AA settings - not the problem
Mailbox size: Well under size limit set by Admin.
Exchange: 2003
Outlook Client: 2003 (11.8118.8132) Service Pack 2
PST > 2GB: No, under 500 MB
ScanPST: No errors
Do Not AA attribute set?: No
AA Set on each folder: Yes
Global AA: Set To run every 1 days
#Have I tried to force by Archiving according to each folder's settings?:
Yes but fail
#How does it fail:
When I force by Archiving according to each folder's settings, information
on which folders Outlook is examining appears quickly in the information bar
but no messages are moved.
#Have I tried to manually archive to this PST via File> Archive:
Yes. It worked perfectly. This proves my path and PST are fine. I
specified to archive messages older than 25 days. My AA settings specify
messages older than 5 days. Manual worked, AA did not.
I tried to cover all the bases, please let me know if I've missed something.
There's probably some obscure registry setting that needs to be changed
(that's the only thing I can think of).
I would greatly appreciate any assistance anyone would like to offer...
