Auto accept Tenative

I found a way in 2007 exchanges OWA to turn off the automatic acceptance of
calendar events but when I open up outlook it starts doing it all over again.
Is there a way to turn this off in outlook 2007 and Entourage 2008? This is
driving our office crazy.
