We are working alot with Resources (meetingrooms) , that we invited to our
meetings as a resources.

We do not like the way Outlook recurring meetings are working.
Specifically we do not like that if conflict exists; Outlook will not
schedule any of the recurring meetings.

We would like Outlook to accept the meeting that can be fullfiled and
decline that meetings that cannot.

We do not want to be able to make double booking, but we do not want entire
recurring meeting to be canceled because of a few conflicts.

That is a really good idear, especialy when we are looing at the new
Exchange Server, where Resources will be more usefull....

With kind regards
Jens Rubaek

Exchange 2007 will support that, allowing administrators to set a per-resource threshhold of what percentage of conflicts an appointment can have and still be accepted.

I think it may have been covered in one of the excellent Exchange 2007 webcasts. In any case, the place to start is http://www.microsoft.com/exchange/preview/
