Hi, using outlook 2003 and exchange 2000.

When setting outlook to auto accept meeting requests nothing happens
(tools\option\calendar\advanced\resource scheduling), can you let me know
how to get this working please?

TIA

Those are the settings for a resource calendar. Is that what you're trying to set up?

Hi Sue,

Those settings will be applied on a calendar in resource mailbox yes.

Outlook 2003 is in cached mode also, tried with and without but still no
joy.

Thanks.

The settings have an effect only if the user who is creating the meeting request invites the resource as a resource and not as a required or optional attendee.

Hi Sue,

Not quite sure I follow here. Can you explain how to invite the resource as
a resource please? I'm on the scheduling tab of the meeting requesting
window, there is an options menu button at the bottom and when I click on it
I can select autipick and get 4 options. Is there where I set it to collect
a resource from.

Sorry if this is long and confusing but I don't 'get it' :=)
