Hi Sue,
Not quite sure I follow here. Can you explain how to invite the resource as
a resource please? I'm on the scheduling tab of the meeting requesting
window, there is an options menu button at the bottom and when I click on it
I can select autipick and get 4 options. Is there where I set it to collect
a resource from.
Sorry if this is long and confusing but I don't 'get it' :=)

The settings have an effect only if the user who is creating the meeting
request invites the resource as a resource and not as a required or optional
attendee.
