We have set up a dummy email address for setting up a
scheduling calendar for a number of different employees.
We are having the employees invite this email to their
meetings so that we can get it all on one calendar
without any extra work. What I'm questioning is I'd like
the dummy email address to automatically accept the
invitations and post it to the calendar without anyone
having to go into the email account and open the mail?
I've tried using the Automatically process meeting
requests through the Resource Scheduling, but it doesn't
appear to work unless you click on the incoming message.
Any suggestions?
