I have several Managers that configure their Outlook to send meeting
requests
only to their delegates. The problem that we are encountering is that
when
the meeting requests are sent to the delegate, the appointments do
not
appear on the managers' calendar as tentative until the delegate
actually
opens the e-mail.

This is a problem when last minute meetings are organized and they do
not show up on the managers calendar because the delegate has not yet
opened the message.

Is there a fix for this issue or any suggestions for a work-around?
