A new "Netmeter" to check out:

Netmeter (January 2006) - I wanted to write a program like DUMeter
except with source code that I could tweak.

More goodies:

Scrapture - A little screen capture program.
fonticate - See all the fonts in your system.
Little Browser Bumpers - Make IE work better.
VJPEG - A cute & fast image viewer.<br>
Spherical blur - Utility for blurry spheremaps.
Fresnel Alpha - Photoshop filter for reflectance.
GlassAMP - Make winamp transparent.
IM Melting - Transparent buddy hack.
Blttest - Time your videocard's 2-D performance.

Little Browser Bumpers has been mentioned in ACF before, I'm not sure
how many of the others have been. AFAIK these are all Freeware (that's
not explicitly stated on the web site).
