Is there a way in Windows to have authentication of users that requires a
USB stick?

Are you asking for a way to do 2-factor authentication using a special USB
smart card or just using a standard USB drive?

I would like my users to have some sort of key on their ordinary USB memory
stick that they always bring with them. I want them to be able to log in to
our server from any computer.

We are now using VPN tunnels with remote desktop and there's a lot of
administration with the VPNs. I want to open up the remote desktop traffic
and use some Windows authorisation with USB memory sticks. Is this possible?
