Authentication issue with .Net Web site (or web application) proje

Hello,
I created a web site (or web application/web service...all looked the same)
and verified that it works fine from VS dev environment.
Now, I would like to deploy this to a web application (created a vroot in
IIS and assigned a host name http://mysite and unchecked "Anonymouse"
access). After I deploy my code (either manual or via "Publish"), when I try
to connect to the site, I keep getting prompted for a login; however, none of
my login seems to work.

Any thoughts?
