When trying to publish my website's changes, I am getting the message: "The
web server does not appear to have any authentication methods enabled. It
asked for user authentication, but did not send a WWW-Authenticate header."

What does this mean and how to I fix it so that I can publish my changes?

This must be corrected by the host on the remote web server.

On the web server, in the IIS MMC, edit the web server properties. In
Directory Security, under Anonymous access and authentication control, click
Edit. Under Authenticated access, check "Integrated Windows Authentication."
