We currently have OL2000 & 2003 running on a EX2003 Server. On some
workstation I have setup multiple profiles for department individuals, and
authentication is required. Thus no one could access others e-mails. I
recently upgraded one workstation to OL2003. I can not get the same out come
in OL2003 as I had in OL2000. Outlook still opens into others profiles.

Cached data is always available. You are authenticating against Exchange and
not Outlook.
