How to authenticate username and password in Internet explorer ?

I have a proxy server.I created some username and password in proxy server.
When my user open Internet explorer or outlook it should ask the username
and password.I don't want use the same username and password of the windows.I
already redirecting the browser through proxy.Please help me.......
