How to authenticate against Win2000 username/password in a VB.net program.

Hi all,

My customer wants an application that can only be started by the user who is
currently logged on to the computer (to avoid people going over to an
unguarded machine and do some things from a useraccount which is not
theirs). In order to check this I'll have to let the user retype his/her
password.
My (simple) question is: how can I check if the password the user types is
indeed his/her password on the machine where the application is running?
