Has anyone else had a problem installing the August security update? When I
tried to install it I got this error.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Failed copying file '891781_dhtmled.ocx' into
'\\MyPCName\Repositories\\{41B0394B-74D8-4CFD-86C0-BDCE45CE4728}' folder.
Please check write permission.

Setup cannot continue.

No objects or files were imported to the database MyPCName.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have an SP2 database.
I also had a similar problem with the July update. The same file in the SP1
repository.

Thanks,
Paul M.

Paul,

Do you have the Repositories network share exposed with the write permissions on the MyPCName machine to the account you are logged
in on that machine? (or to Everyone)

KM,

The Repository in on my PC. I have admin rights. I do not have a share on
this folder.

Paul,

Accroding to the error message you showed earlier, you use (probably after default toolkit install) the network share access to the
Repository (\\MyPCName\Repositories). So either you share out the folder with enough write permission grant to the account you are
building under, or you change the Repository location to the local path in CDM.
