I have never used auditing before. I wish to enable it to view who last made
changes to a file.

My questions are:

1 - Does this impact system performance? Would anyone know I even turned it
on?

2 - Once turned on where do I view the log file? I only want to use
auditing to find what files were last modified by who.

3 - I am a member of the administrators group. I am on one of the computers
in the office with XP, and we login through a Window 2003SBS. Do I need to
do auditing from my MMC or on the server or it doesn't matter?
