Hi Mike,
I am going to recommend you download the Microsoft BETA Client and report
this issue:

Open Device Manager > right click the device that is giving problems > click
"Properties" > Details (tab) > click list box below the Device name. select
the information displayed, for example, PCI\VEN_82355&DEV_238948990595
You might see multiple entries listed, select one, and press CTRL + A to
select all, CTRL + C to copy, in the Microsoft BETA Client window, paste the
contents into the descript window, and add the same explanation of the
problem thats taking place. Click next and follow the rest of instructions
to sent it in.
