Audio in Windows Messenger for Windows 2000 Prof

Hello every body.

I want to deploy windows messenger in my organization ,
my clients are Xp and W2000.

I have audio and video in XP but it is not working in
Windows 2000.

Does any one know , why ? , how to correct it ? or How
to deploy it ?
