Audio Stuttering issue

I am having a problem with my audio stuttering, it recently started
happening. In every media player, even system sounds have this stutter
as well as log in and log out sounds. I have tried uninstalling and
reinstalling drivers, maybe I'm doing something wrong. Please help I
have Realtek High Definition Audio ALC861.

Problem fixed, system restore solved the problem.
