Audio not working anymore

On my Toshiba Satellite S2450-401, the audio broke down
completely. The drivers are ok, but there are no
sounds...Both Windows alarms and regular mp3-files are
actually playing, but there is just no sound. I've
checked all the soundlevels, but it is not working at
all! Thanks for help...
