does anyone know if there is a way to have 2 layers of audi/music? For
example, I want music playing with my movie but also sound effects at the
same time. If any one knows please tell me.

you can overlap audio clips on the timeline.... if it's not good enough,
you're into making 2 rendering passes, one to add the music and the other
for the sound effects.

you save your movie from the project with one of the audio tracks, import
the movie back into Movie Maker, put it on the timeline and add the other
audio/music....
