If you have the free version of Nero that comes with some computers and some
DVD burners then it likely doesn't include Nero Vision Express which is the subprogram Nero uses to create DVD's. If it is the full version of Nero then yes it will do the trick. To find out simply open Nero StartSmart, make sure the dropdown box at the top is set to DVD not CD, go to the "Photo and Video" icon and click "Make Your Own DVD Video" if you have Nero Vision Express then it will open.
