Audio Icon/CD Icon

's Computer Specifications

I have a presentation and i have added music to one of the slide from a CD.
Everything plays correctly etc but I don't want my customers to see the CD
icon and the Audio icon. Can i remove them from the screen somehow?

Just drag the icon off the screen to the side. Keeping in mind that wherever
you show your music presentation, your music CD has to follow
