Audio Hardware Conflict

Does anyone know how to fix a hardware conflict with my
sound card?? It's an I/O Magic Typhoon Theater with the
ESS Canyon chipset. The card is semi working, meaning I
can play audio files on it, but the MIDI Device and Game
Port on it both have conflicts. The IRQ for the sound
card and MIDI Device are the same, and I can change the
IRQ for the MIDI Device to fix that, but on it there is
still the problem of I/O Range, and all other options it
gives me are already in use (0300-0311, 0320-0321, and
0340-0341), even though I can't find anything else that is
using any of those. For the gameport itself, it won't let
me see what the conflicts are. Also, if this will help,
the error code it gives me is Code 12. I already tried
uninstalling, and reinstalling it. Uninstalling both the
modem and the soundcard, then reinstalling the sound card,
reboot, and then reinstall the modem, and I've reset the
BIOS as well. I can't think of anything else to try.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello

Well have you tried just installing the soundcard alone and
leave the modme out and see happens, or replace your soundcard
with another
