Hey, hurray!! I fixed the problem
Under log on - I typed in
NT AUTHORITY\LocalService
then the password.
And restarted it - and it finally worked!!!!
Solution:
goto services.msc
windows audio
click on logon
and type
NT AUTHORITY\LocalService
then the password.
