Audio Enhancer (like in 1by1)

Recently I tried 1by1 (http://www.mpesch3.de/) as my audioplayer.
Allthough I ended up using Billy (http://www.sheepfriends.com/?page=billy)
as my default player, I did like the audio-enhancer feature in 1by1.
Does anyone know if there's a freeware program just for this purpose ?
TIA

I can't answer your question, but if you ever decide to switch to Winamp,
the same audio-enhancer in 1by1 is available as a plug-in for Winamp. I'm
just going by memory here, but I think it's the exact same one, plus there
are a couple more enhancer plug-ins you can use as well. But again, that's
for Winamp and you're using Billy, so no dice.

SNIP

Thank you for that information Jason, for those interested, the direct
download link for this plugin is:
http://download.nullsoft.com/customi.../Comp_Wide.exe
I still have Winamp on my sytem, and I must say, this plugin works great.

I've been using Enhancer 0.17 for WinAmp 2.x for years and have always
been very happy with it.
