My audio echoes. What can I do?

All Audio sources ? - regardless you've probably enabled a "Delay"
effect in the Audio Card's (Chipset) Control applet. Usually found
in the Control panel, most have optional settings for things like using
a Graphic Equalizer, DSP and speaker configurations. Might also be
an open Microphone that is causing some reverberation.
