You are missing the video codec required for playback. Determine what codec
was used to create the file (most likely DIVX) and install that codec.
DO NOT install codecs randomly trying to get it to work. Some codecs
interfere with each other.
AVIcodec is a good program for determining the audio/video codecs used to
compress a file.
