I have an audio driver built in with my motherboard. It's SiS 7018. But i
can't hear any sound now after i formatted my pc as the audio driver is not
detected. My OS is XP...I downloaded the exact audio driver from sis.com but
it won't finish the setup as an error occurs.
In the device manager, for the audio driver it says "code 10"...i don't knw
what that means...I would be so grateful if anyone could help me out with
this!!...thx!!

Motherboards that have built in audio systems usually have setup programs on
the CD that came with the motherboard. Dig it out and install ALL of the
drivers.
