Looks like you are missing the proper audio decoder.
My guess is that it is Dolby AC3 audio.
Try installing ffdshow (
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/FFDShow.htm).
Or using the standalone (also freeware) "Media Player
Classic".(
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/...er_Classic.htm)
