When I import a video from my hard drive to Movie Maker, there is a delay with the audio. The audio does not match up with the video. THe mouths don't match up with what they're saying. This is a good program so please help!

Not sure this makes much of a difference, but the audio starts BEFORE the visual. THe audio is about one second ahead of the visual playing.
