I have an onboard C-Media 6 channel sound, and I have the updated drivers for it, however, whenever audio is played, my computer lock-ups, or freezes....Please Advise on what to do....I have a Soyo PX400 Ultra Platinum Edition with a 2.4 Ghz Processor.....Please HELP ME!!!!

Try also getting the latest drivers for your motherboard's chipset.

I think it uses the nForce chipset (www.nvidia.com) - I COULD be WRONG
though so it's best to check either with a program like Sandra, or with Soyo
themselves.
