I have scrolling application in IE. I want to be alerted by audio beep
on my desktop whenever new data comes in IE scrolling window. Can you
suggest a software plugin?

HTML? HTA? C++, C#, or other .NET? Javascript? Java applet? We don't know
what you used to program your application but then it doesn't really matter
because any updating by your application to show the new text is apparently
your code, and so, too, would be the code to include sound when you inserted
more text in the window or frame for your application. You need to ask in a
group related to whatever language you are using to program your
application.
