Outlook has quit allowing me to send audio file attachments. I can still send
regular file attachments but not audio file attachments anymore. It says its
sending but wont complete.

If you're scanning outgoing mail with an antivirus program, disable that
feature. Lengthen your server timeout value. Increase the send/receive
interval. Zip your audio file before sending (although it probably won't
help much).

I turned off the antivirus program, which didn't help.....I don't know how to
Lengthen your server timeout value or Increase the send/receive
> interval. This is on a home computer, not a network. I used to could send several audio files without any problems and I haven't changed any settings on my computer. I don't know why I am now having this problem.

For the server interval, look on the Advanced tab of your account
properties. For the send/receive interval, look on the Define Send/Receive
Groups dialogue.
