Audio applet command line?

I need to point the audio setup at a specific bit of software, rather
than an installed sound card.

(Sounds and Audio/Audio/Default Device)

Normally it's an option that gets selected via the GUI.
However, while I can set the default device to the bit of s/w I want,
that is only after it loads on startup, which is too late for it to be
selected automatically, and I have to go to control panel and do it
manually.

Is there some command line I can use, for example, something like:
"set Sounds and Audio/Audio/Default Device = mySoftware"?

instead of what appears at present
"Sounds and Audio/Audio/Default Device == RealTek Audio output"

You could create a script to do that,or schedule it in task scheduler, for
scripts,
go to: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/s...r/default.aspx
